At Swastha Sutra, we are dedicated to delivering authentic, pure Ayurvedic herbs and wellness products. Each order is packed with care and handled hygienically. However, if you face a genuine issue, we’re here to help.

✅ 1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The product was damaged or expired
  • The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • You must share photo/video proof to verify the issue

❌ 2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with
  • You ordered by mistake or changed your mind
  • The product was part of any sale, offer, or discounted bundle
  • Minor packaging wear that does not affect product quality

Due to the perishable and personal-use nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless a genuine, verifiable issue is reported.

💸 3. Refund Policy

If your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Note: Refunds are applicable only for the product amount.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Approved refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

📦 4. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. We do not offer reverse pickups. If a refund is approved, it will be for the product value only — your return shipping cost will not be reimbursed. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

❌ 5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order only before it is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
