📦 1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all serviceable pincodes in India, including metros, towns, and rural areas via reliable delivery partners.

⏱ 2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.
You will receive an email/WhatsApp confirmation once your order is packed and dispatched.
We don’t process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays.

🚚 3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes:

2–4 days for metro cities
4–7 days for other locations

Note: These are estimated timeframes. Weather, holidays, or courier delays may affect actual delivery dates.

💰 4. Shipping Charges

We believe in transparency:

Free shipping on orders above ₹499
Orders below ₹599 incur a flat shipping fee of ₹49

Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive:

A tracking ID via email/SMS/WhatsApp
A link to check real-time status of your parcel

🚫 6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

Incorrect address
Failed delivery attempts
Unavailability of recipient

We will contact you for re-shipping. Extra charges may apply if the error was from your end.

We take extra care in hygienic and eco-conscious packaging. Our Ayurvedic herbs and kits are packed securely to retain freshness and avoid damage in transit.
